Those novels sound dreadful. What makes it even more dreadful ... a quick search of the author names shows that at least one of them is a man who identifies as a woman and lesbian. A predictable feature of pretty much any "best lesbian books" lists these days.

Your Robitussin must be made much stronger than what we get in the U.S.; I’ve never experienced what you described. My Dad swore by a shot (or several) of Yukon Jack, after which he didn’t care if he had a cold.

That absolutely comedic discussion about the best lesbian sapphic Christmas books was the perfect tonic after the Me-Again and Harried Netflix special review!

I'm in Australia - Substack is asking me to verify I'm over 16 - I'll ignore it, but if I have to do it, I'll cancel my subscription. Substack - like any under 16 year olds hang out on this platform.

Australia is stopping under-16s using Substack? I think this shows how ill-advised this social media ban is. They will find more great writing and intellectual content here than most places on the internet and certainly mainstream news.

My account we use for our organisation - is completely f--ked up now, it takes me to view-source:https://substack.com/inbox?redirect_url=https%3A%2F%2Findefenseofchildren.substack.com%2F and shows me gobbledegook

location "query"

This account is asking me to verify - but Lesbianproject is paid, they have my credit card like wtf.

Its so fucking tolatarian - I'm not giving government ID to a US site, that wants all my f--king biometric data, passport, license - like wtf. I can't hate the Australian government more than I do.
